Ansley Kang

Ansley Kang is a first year student at Scripps College in Claremont, California. She is planning on pursuing a double major in Writing & Rhetoric and Environmental Science, as well as a minor in Gender & Women's Studies. She is passionate about journalism and hopes to one day be a climate reporter or researcher. Ansley also has her own blog, Ansley's Afterthoughts, where she writes about feminist and gender theory, hoping to educate those around her about the importance of gender studies as a vital intersectional perspective across all disciplines and fields. She is so excited to join the WITNESS team and believes there are so many new things to learn and skills to develop as she works alongside her fellow interns and WITNESS staff.
