Elsa H. Lyons

Hello! My name is Elsa and I am currently studying English Literature at Amherst College (class of 2027). I also help to lead the Amherst chapter of The Remedy Project, a coalition of students and formerly incarcerated people seeking to disrupt and expose abuse in federal prisons across the country. Working with The Remedy Project has taught me a lot about the horrific conditions inside U.S. prisons, and I hope to keep learning and resisting as an intern at Witness to Mass Incarceration.
