Harlen Mitchell

Harlen Mitchell (she/they/he) is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Smith College in English Language and Literature. Post graduation Harlen hopes to attend law school and become a civil rights attorney where she will continue working with issues like mass incarceration. At Smith Harlen is involved in her school's radio channel, student power coalition, pre-law society, and house council. Harlen is passionate about creating an equitable future for marginalized communities and her life experiences are what drew her to working with Witness. She is excited to join the team and continuing to work toward social change.
