Lingxi Zhang

Lingxi Zhang is a rising sophomore at UCLA studying Sociology. As a sociology major student, she mainly wants to focus on the area of social inequality stratification, and the area of assisting minority groups in society. From her previous experience of writing a research paper on the rhetoric of speech in the MeToo movement, she realizes the difficulties and invisibility of women to speak out. She is excited to join the Witness team and puts her effort into helping the incarcerated women and LGBTQ group. In her free time, she loves to play badminton and read books.
