Solé Blanks
Solé Blanks is a graduate student in the Gladstein Family Human Rights Institute at the University of Connecticut. Solé holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, also from the University of Connecticut. Solé is passionate about criminal justice reform, prison reform and human rights. Her academic research has focused on solitary confinement, United States prisons and prison systems at large. Upon completion of her Master's degree, Solé plans to go on to law school and pursue a career in criminal justice and advocacy.
