Valentina Cordaba

Valentina Cordoba is a results-driven leader with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and over eight years of experience in operations, workforce development, and organizational strategy. Her early work with The Bronx Freedom Fund deepened her commitment to advocacy and equity for justice-involved individuals.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Valentina is dedicated to fostering inclusive opportunities and advancing Witness to Mass Incarceration’s mission to amplify the voices of directly impacted people and build pathways to justice, dignity, and economic empowerment.
