Mathew George

Mathew (he/him) is a junior at the University of California, Berkeley studying Ethnic Studies and History. He has a passion for studying mass incarceration in the United States and helping formerly incarcerated people reintegrate into society. In his free time Mathew loves to read, play basketball, and listen to music. By volunteering at WITNESS, Mathew hopes to gain hands-on experience with the reintegration process and help counteract the effects of mass incarceration on a grassroots level.
